Healing through clarity and self-understanding.
Therapy for the people who've spent their whole lives holding it together for everyone else.
The Clinician Behind the Practice
Meet Victoria, LCSW
You don't need someone who nods along. You need someone who gets it.
The Healing Perspective is a therapy practice for military-connected families, neurodivergent adults, and anyone who's tired of feeling like they have to explain themselves before they can get to the real problem.
Healing Perspective works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, identity, relationships, and the everyday weight of holding multiple roles at once.
At the heart of “The Healing Perspective” is a simple belief: the better you understand yourself, the more confident and grounded you become. Therapy isn't about telling you who to be. It's about creating the clarity to understand who you are, what you need, and where you want to go next.

What Clients are Saying…
“for the very first session, she made me feel heard, understood, and supported without any judgment. She truly listens and understood everything I tell her, even when I’m struggling to find the right words to explain how I feel. She is compassionate, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being.”
-M.“I like the fact that she will hear our concerns and also help me see the bigger picture. I understand that there are times it can be hard. But it is good to hear from a third party. Look forward to next apt.”
-A.“I enjoy my sessions with Victoria, it feels like I am speaking to a friend and she makes me feel very comfortable. Every time I leave a session I feel like a little more weight has been lifted off my shoulders.”
-L.“Victoria was a caring and pleasant professional. I had no problem opening up with her, and knew she genuinely cared. I’m thankful I found the right therapist on my first appointment!”
