Healing through clarity and self-understanding.
For people who've never had space to just feel understood.
I believe therapy is about more than feeling better in the moment. It's about actually understanding yourself, your patterns, your history, your relationships, and the stuff that quietly shapes how you move through the world.
The better you understand yourself, the more confident and grounded you become. And once you're grounded in who you are, the world has a lot less power to tell you who you should be.
My approach is direct but warm, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity. There's room for the serious work, but there's also room for humor and personality, because being human is messy and therapy doesn't have to pretend otherwise.
That's the philosophy I bring to every session.
